I'm Lacey Nagar Ammerman and I'm a Confidence and Certified Body Image Coach, Author and Mentor who specializes in helping women feel confident enough to show up in their lives regardless of health, disability, limiation, or body insecurities.

Women continue to face many challenges with showing up and being seen in this patriarchal society where we're expected to be pretty, nice, perfect, quiet, etc. This is even harder if we add in other layers for marginalized popluations (including my passion, people with disabilities and/or chronic health issues).

With more than 8 years of experience in entrepreneurship and coaching, a Master's degree in nonprofit and government management, and my trainings in sexuality, trauma, and IFS (Internal Family Systems, parts work) my number one goal is to help women confidently and consistently show up to create the life they've been aching for.
